Career

Benzino Net Worth

Career Benzino began his professional music career as a member of the rap group Almighty RSO. He was first known as Raydog. In addition to the group’s 1996 release of “Doomsday: Forever RSO,” Benzino and Wiseguys also put out “In Tha Company of Killaz” that year. Before making his solo debut with the album “The Benzino Project” in 2001, he co-founded the rap trio Made Men and released the album “Classic Limited Edition” in 1999. He has released “The Benzino Remix Project” and four studio albums as a solo artist (2002).

Along with “Die Another Day: Flawless Victory” (2003), “When the Heavens Fall” (2010), “Caezar” (2011), “Blue Bag” (also with 1st 48, 2011), “The Magnificent 757’s” (also with Stevie J, 2012), “Crushed Ice” (2013), and “Welcome to Texaco City,” Benzino has also produced a number of mixtapes (with OJ da Juiceman, 2015). Benzino appeared in 43 episodes of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” from 2012 to 2014 as a cast member.

His other television appearances include “Drink Champs Happy Hour” (2018), and “Love Goals: The Final Sessions” (2020).

Benzino rose to fame in 2002 as a result of his conflict with fellow rapper Eminem, whom he has dubbed “2003 Vanilla Ice.” The argument started after “The Source” gave the album “The Eminem Show” a four-star rating even though Eminem believed it deserved a five-star rating.

He blamed the co-founder of the magazine Benzino and insisted that “The Source” would never give him a 5-mic rating due to his race. Later, after Eminem turned down Benzino’s request for an interview on his film “8 Mile,” the two began issuing tracks that were disparaging of one another (Benzino: “Pull Your Skirt Up” and “Die Another Day,” Eminem: “The Sauce” and “Nail in the Coffin”).

Seven years after the dispute ended in 2005, according to Benzino,  “I can say it now, I was wrong for it. Because at the end of the day, Em is a great lyricist and he should be able to express himself in hip-hop as anybody should.”

Althea joined the cast of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” after she and Benzino started dating, and there, he proposed to her life. After the two got into an altercation with two other cast members at a reunion special and Benzino allegedly threatened one of the producers later, they were fired from the show.

After Heart and Benzino split up, Althea asked for a restraining order against Benzino, saying that Benzino had “threatened her, prevented her from calling for help, held her against her will, stalked her, and was violent before her children.”

Althea was given a 10-day jail sentence and told to avoid speaking to Benzino after she confronted him outside the court. Additionally, Benzino was required to keep 500 feet away from Heart.

Early in 2018, Benzino’s paternity lawsuit against Althea was dismissed since he did not show up in court. Additionally, Benzino has a daughter named Coi Leray and a son named Chavo who are also employed in the music industry.

althea heart

American reality television star Althea Heart has a fortune of $100,000. The fact that Althea Heart was engaged to Benzino, a cast member from the first three seasons of “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta,” is well known.

An on-again, off-again boyfriend of Karlie Redd, a prominent cast member who at the time was dating singer Yung Joc, Benzino was depicted on the show as an aspiring rapper.

There has been a lot of discussion and interest in Althea Heart. A fellow “LHHATL” cast member named Stevie J posted pictures of Althea Heart online when she was nude in various locales. The photographs, some of which feature her with him and others do not, suggest that Benzino may or may not have been aware of her prior work as a nude model before their engagement.

A sex tape was also leaked. No information is available regarding whether she plans to pursue a lawsuit. Benzino and Althea ultimately parted ways. When their relationship ended, he filed a paternity claim against her, and she got a restraining order against him.
