Contracts and Income
Dak received a base salary of $600,000 in 2018, although he was also qualified for a contract extension at the end of the year. To match Jimmy Garoppolo’s 2017 contract, he reportedly agreed to a contract extension of at least $100 million and perhaps as much as $140 million. But it didn’t happen like that.

Rayne Dakota Prescott, a quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League, was born on July 29, 1993. (NFL). At Mississippi State, where he twice earned first-team All-SEC accolades, he played college football. The Cowboys selected him in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
When starter Tony Romo suffered an injury in the preseason, backup Dak Prescott, who was supposed to start for the Cowboys in his rookie season, took over as the starter. Career
As a true freshman in 2011 with Mississippi State, Prescott was given a redshirt. He participated in 12 games as Tyler Russell’s backup in 2012, completing 18 of 29 passes for 194 yards, four touchdowns, and no interceptions. With 110 yards on 32 carries, he added four running touchdowns.
In 2013, Prescott again started as Russell’s backup, but when Russell sustained a concussion, Prescott became the starter. In his 11 games of participation, he completed 156 of 267 passes for 1,940 yards, 10 touchdowns, and 7 interceptions. In addition, he ran for 829 yards and 13 touchdowns on 134 carries.
After guiding the Bulldogs to a 44-7 victory over the Rice Owls in the 2013 Liberty Bowl, he was named the game’s MVP. Personal Life
