He is 51 years old, born on September 15, 1971, in Necocli, Antioquia, Colombia. Although there is not much information about Dario Otoniel’s childhood, school or even his personal life and relationship, it is publicly known that he was a member of a communist guerilla group called, ‘Popular Liberation Army.’ Unfortunately the group disbanded in 1991.
