Maria Thayer is an American actress and comedian who was born on October 30, 1975. She gained notoriety for the first time in 1999 when she played Tammi Littlenut on the hit television show Strangers with Candy. Additionally, Thayer played supporting parts in the comedies Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008), Accepted (2006), and Hitch (2005).
She has made multiple television appearances, including the lead part in the comedy series Those Who Can’t as well as the lead role in the Adult Swim series Eagleheart (2011–2014). In the film Night of the Living Deb, she portrayed the title character.

Thayer was born in Portland, Oregon, and raised in the east Portland suburb of Boring, where her parents had a bee farm. She attended Apple Valley High School in Apple Valley, Minnesota, where she was a part of the school’s award-winning forensics department, the National Forensic League, and Homecoming Queen. The family moved there when she was a young girl. At New York’s Juilliard School, she pursued an acting degree.

Eagleheart, an Adult Swim comedy sitcom starring Thayer, premiered on Cartoon Network on February 3, 2011. In flashback sequences from the fourth season of Arrested Development, she played Tracey Bluth. She appeared in Nick Lowe’s “Sensitive Man” music video in 2012.
In the Comedy Central series Review, Thayer portrayed Forrest MacNeill’s (Andy Daly) unexpected wife in the season one premiere episode “Marry, Run, Party.”

While attending the 26th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, they made their red carpet-debut. They got hitched on September 7, 2020, in Las Vegas, a day after getting their marriage license, in a ceremony officiated by an Elvis impersonator.
Harbour has practiced a number of religions, including Buddhism and Catholicism, but he no longer believes in the “paranormal” and now thinks that humans “build a life with consciousness.” He used to believe in ghosts, but not anymore.
