Polo G and his girlfriend Crystal Blease welcomed their first child, Tremani, on July 6, 2019. The rapper was hospitalized in August 2019 after a drug overdose at a party. “I got a little too lit last night & woke up Inna Emergency Room almost lost my Life,” he captioned photographs taken from his hospital bed on social media.
