Randy Chrisley’s Ex-Spouse (Pamela Chrisley)

He tied the knot with his strange wife Pamela Chrisley in August 2012, in a beautiful wedding ceremony surrounded by their family members and close friends. The two always kept their marriage out of the media.

Their marriage went apart after only a few years of being together. In the mid-2010s, Randy filed for divorce from his wife. They didn’t have any kids. Randy Chrisley, on the other hand, has an adult son from a prior relationship. He has kept his child’s details to himself. Furthermore, there is still no information about his biological mother.

Pamela Chrisley, the sister-in-law of TV celebrity Todd Chrisley, was arrested for reportedly attempting to extort money from the 46-year-old Chrisley Knows Best star.

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to ET on Tuesday that Pamela was arrested on March 4 and charged with extortion and 2nd-degree harassment. Her total bond was $11,092.50, with $10,000 set aside for blackmail or extortion and $1,092.50 set aside for harassment in the second degree. On the same day, she was arrested and freed.

Todd Chrisley posted Pamela’s mugshot on Instagram in response to her arrest. “Pamela has been involved in a scheme with other individuals in GA and SC to extort hundreds of thousands of dollars from our family because my brother filed for divorce from her,” Todd claims. “Our family has endured this harassment for many months and had to stay quiet to let law enforcement from two states to do their job. Today is the first day of many to come and additional charges, but our family will persevere and move forward together. We are at peace now that we know who has been behind this tragic situation, and ask for your prayers and support for healing at this time.”

Randy Chrisley’s Own Legal Drama

Randy Christley received a lot of attention after he was arrested for shoplifting in South Carolina in late 2016. Multiple packages of sweets costing roughly $22 were found tucked in his pants, according to the report.

Randy Christley was already in line when the cops arrived, but he subsequently departed and began “walking briskly towards the back of the store pushing a buggy.”

Randy Christley experienced the same thing in 2014, and he was diagnosed with cancer at the fourth stage. The news of Randy’s illness was confirmed by US Weekly.

According to the insider report: “Todd Chrisley and his family are saddened to announce that his younger brother, Randy, has been diagnosed with stage four cancer,” an insider revealed.

His Brother (Todd Chrisley)

Todd Chrisley grew up in Westminster, South Carolina, and was born in Georgia on April 6, 1969. Todd Chrisley is the owner of Chrisley Asset Management, a corporation that has been struggling for years, according to court filings, despite Mr. Chrisley and his family continuing to enjoy a luxury lifestyle. A lifestyle that includes a 30,000-square-foot house and $300,000 in clothing every year.

Teresa Terry was Todd Chrisley’s wife until 1996. Lindsie and Kyle are their two children. He married former beauty pageant queen Julie Hughes, now known as Julie Chrisley, the same year he divorced Teresa. Savannah, Chase, and Grayson are their three children. Todd’s business partner and best friend Julie is the daughter of a Baptist minister.

Todd and Julie Chrisley were arrested in Atlanta on a multi-count indictment on August 14, 2019. Tax evasion, wire fraud, bank fraud, and conspiracy were among the initial charges. According to the indictment, Todd and Julie allegedly utilized Chrisley Asset Management to get bank loans to purchase and sell repossessed homes between 2007 and 2012. The pair allegedly used fraudulent information to obtain these bank loans, according to prosecutors. The couple’s net worth was allegedly greatly inflated as a result of the false information.

Todd and Julie, according to the indictment: “Conspired to submit false materials, such as fabricated bank statements and false personal financial statements, to financial institutions to obtain millions of dollars in loans, much of which they used for their own personal benefit.”

The indictment states, for example, that in November 2007, Todd and Julie presented a bank with a false financial statement. The following is an excerpt from the indictment: “When the bank employee requested account statements, Co-conspirator A [an employee apparently working for the Chrisleys] sent Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley a fabricated bank statement showing that Todd and Julie Chrisley had $776,509.52 on deposit at Merrill Lynch. In response, Todd Chrisley told his co-conspirator, ‘you are a f****** genius [sic]!!! Just make it show 4 mil+”

The couple did not, in fact, have a Merrill Lynch bank account at the time. A year later, when they finally have one, it never contained more than $17,000.

Todd and Julie are also accused of evading federal tax obligations. Their accountant was also included in the indictment.

In a social media post, Todd and Julie claimed that the criminal activities were carried out by a former “trusted employee” who stole from the family and committed the offenses without their knowledge. They were compelled to appear in court and post unsecured appearance bonds totaling $100,000. They were also told that they could only travel to Atlanta and California to tape their TV show.

A new indictment was filed in February 2022. In addition to the counts of falsifying paperwork when seeking loans, the indictment also accuses the pair of concealing $2 million in unpaid taxes owing to the IRS through a film production firm. The pair allegedly hid earnings from their TV show in a production business they controlled called 7C’s Productions, resulting in a $2 million tax debt.

Todd and Julie were both charged in this amended indictment with one count of bank fraud conspiracy, one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States, one count of tax fraud, and FIVE counts of bank fraud. They have entered a not-guilty plea.

In May 2022, their federal criminal trial began.
