James Marsden’s first work was playing Eddie, Margaret Sheffield’s lover, in several episodes of The Nanny. Then, for one season, he played the lead role in the Canadian drama Boogies Diner. He appeared as a guest star on television programs including Party of Five and Saved by the Bell: The New Class when that series came to an end.
